There are many questions, but it’s okay… we’re here to help! All of these reactions to a new medical diagnosis like diabetes are normal, but it’s important to make sure you have the right knowledge, a good support system and healthcare team ready to support you.

Empower Diabetes app brings resources that you need directly to you making it the most convenient diabetes management solution out there.

a) You get a personal health coach who is certified and who can be reached easily on chat. Your coach will respond to you within 24 hours but usually much faster than that.

b) A digital logbook to easily capture your most important data such as meals you have eaten, your blood sugar and weight. You can view trends and the data is shared automatically with your coach who can give you relevant data-driven feedback

c) A diabetes self-management course based on international standards and guidelines which teaches you all the diabetes basics you need to know!

Your logbook and course are completely free and you will have access to it even if you dont subscribe to the service. Premium users will have to pay a small monthly fee to have access to their personal diabetes coach.
